Shernita D. Rodgers is our Director of Innovation & Engagement. She is an award-winning educator with over 15 years of experience increasing district-wide student achievement. She is a creative and dynamic strategist with proven expertise in fostering innovation, educational equity, and a culture of success.
Scoring the highest in the nation on the Principal EPI for Understanding Teaching and Learning has fueled her desire to help children unlock their potential and embrace a love for learning.
